The Assembly to enact laws on the basis of the will of the members. The Department Leaders to address the members to the Progression of their respective Departments. The members to enjoy. Summary Operation:Nürnberg (also spelled as Nuremberg) is the organization first ever project initiated by the organization with the expression of “Our very own day”. An event comparable to any Academic Departmental Day. Task Force:Cynanist Shirt The org made 12 booklets with 10 triplicates pre booklet each producing to 120 triplicates. The organization made this decision with the knowledge that dealers may not reach their individual targets. The problems that occurred: • 2 of the 12 Receipts was not stamped. • A Dealer mistaken the receipt as duplicates instead of triplicates (TF:CS-09 and TF:CS-05) • 20 of the Shirts were deemed unfit to be sold. The org was unable to return the shirts as it deemed it too late for recalls. Acts passed by the Assembly The organization no longer take the Assembly as a “briefing” and now takes the Assemblies as an event to affirm consensus on the aspect of legal issues. The following Acts were passed by the Assembly: • Anti-Course and Org Defamation Act – an act penalizing the promotion and demotion of an academic course; banning the use of Course or other Organization's shirts and merchandise during official organization projects and gatherings. • Cellular Communications Act – an act mandating a creation of a research project on the proper cellular phone and carrier for the purpose of monopolizing the communications system on the aspect of text messaging, basically the Official Mobile Device of La Liga. • Assembly Hammer Act – an act mandating the buying of a “Traditional Hammer” for use in Assemblies. • TIP Adjustments Act – an act mandating the transliteration of all school policies, laws and guidelines either written or unwritten into a single and monopolized document with the proper citations. • Departmental Appropriations Act – an act creating a fixed amount of “Pork Barrel” for every Departmental Leader for | 2
