Advantages of HTML Natural language of Web; easy

for computer to read; loads quickly

No need to download Adobe or large article files

Easier hyperlinking and searching

Using XML to render HTML allows for even better searching, navigation, and can be repurposed for PMC for example

Advantages of PDFs Reader comfort, as identical

to print; retains formatting and pagination

Easier, fewer pages to print
