The countries across Sub Saharan Africa are fast developing. The economies are more focused now than ever before. All nations are working towards being more competitive and join the race with their developed counterparts on the continent. Technology has become a tool for this usurped development. Countries like Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Cameroon and most of the other countries are top investors in fiber-optics to increase connectivity within and with other countries. Many IT majors are as well entering markets

across the Sub Saharan continent to take advantage of and to further the growth of the emerging economies. IT indeed has become essential vertical for the economic growth as it befits all industries and all sectors increasing productivity and quality. STEM learning is given a greater importance with the west influencing the education system in the countries.
