tery backup for power on the go; and our popular neon,

LED, and tailgating lights round out our electronics line.

For 2016 we are introducing many new sunglass styles for

all licenses as well as expanding our cooler and bever-

age category. Also, we are introducing our affiliation with

Solaray, Pugs Gear, and Global Eyewear–some of the

largest sunglass and mobile accessory distributors in

North America–servicing over 30,000 stores. This partner-

ship allows us to offer our customers many new products

with the combined experience of these major players. It

also opens up opportunities for DSD (direct store service)

on many programs.

AES is located in the Industrial Park of Senatobia, MS, just

south of Memphis, TN, with two large warehouse facilities.

Solaray, Pugs Gear, and Global Eyewear have locations

in Oklahoma, Utah, Florida, and Colorado, with sales per-

sonnel across the nation. As we continue to grow prod-

ucts lines and licenses, AES is excited about its future

and looks forward to partner with great retailers around

the world.

AES began in 1998, with a vision to create licensed eye-

wear and accessories for a reasonable cost. The lack of

availability of licensed products in this category opened

up a significant opportunity. After introducing limited col-

legiate eyewear and accessories into the market, AES

has expanded over the past 17 years to be much more

than just eyewear. Today, AES has licenses with over 80

major universities, Browning, Ducks Unlimited, Mossy Oak,

Bone Collector, Realtree, and our newly added Prym1

camo. We believe we have the best mix of licenses and

products for whatever your sport is.

In 2010, AES expanded into the Performance Eyewear

Market with our Browning Sunglass. These came after

several years of working with professional anglers such

as Joe Thomas, Jimmy Mason, and other outdoorsmen

to develop one of the highest levels of polarized sun-

glass available.

Also, in 2010, AES greatly expanded into the outdoor bev-

erage holder and cooler category. With coozies, ther-

mos mugs, tumblers, and soft coolers of various sizes for

brands such as Browning, Ducks Unlimited, and Realtree,

we have developed an entire outdoor beverage con-

tainer program that takes you from the home to the field.

In 2013, a significant expansion came through licensed

mobile and personal electronics and accessories. We
