Welcomevarious sizes for brands such as Browning, Ducks Unlim-

ted, and Realtree, we have developed an entire outdoor

beverage container program that takes you from the

home to the field.

Recently, our greatest expansion in 2013 has come

through licensed mobile and home electronics. We

offer car chargers, in both collegiate and camo styles,

to fit a wide variety of phone brands and other mobile

products. Our neon and tailgating lights are still very

popular. We are continuing to move our product line

forward with new licenses and designs for our cell cases and

computer accessory products.

As we move into 2015, we are adding more licenses

in college and camo as we focus to keep all items

fresh and new in the marketplace. In addition, we are

maintaining all our strong market brands as we update

proven products with new designs and logos to ensure

our strongest products stay HOT for 2015.

AES is physically located in the Industrial Park of

Senatobia, MS, just south of Memphis, TN, with two

large warehouse facilities. As we continue to grow

products lines and licenses, AES is excited about its

future and looks forward to partner with great retailers

around the world.

AES began in 1998, with a vision to create diverse

eyewear and accessories for a reasonable cost. The

founder of AES owned several large sunglass and optical

retail locations, but noticed a lack of availability of

licensed products. After introducing limited collegiate

eyewear and accessories into the market, AES has

expanded over the past 15 years to be much more than

just eyewear. Today, AES has licenses with over 80

major universities, Browning, Ducks Unlimited, Mossy Oak,

Bone Collector and Realtree. We are always seek ing new

licenses to add to our products. In addition to these

major licenses, AES has over 2,000 high school logos

for products done specifically for schools. Our goal at

AES is to offer the best licensed products available.

In 2010, AES expanded into the Performance

Eyewear Market with its Browning Sunglass. These came

after several years of working with professional

anglers, such as Joe Thomas and Jimmy Mason, and other

outdoorsmen to develop one of the highest levels of

polarized sunglass available. We focused not only on frame

quality and lens material, but also on particular tints of

these sunglasses to ensure maxi mum protection and

visibility in all lighting conditions. Our desire was to offer

the highest quality sunglass for a fraction of the cost of

other name brands.

Also, in 2010, AES greatly expanded into the Out-

door beverage holder and cooler category. With
