• Four TF meetings held in 2005-2006

• Report to the committees autumn 2005 and spring 2006

• Final meeting and submission to the Bureau for decision 15-16 June 2006 in Sarajevo

• Adoption by the General Assembly 9-10 November 2006 in the Balears

carried out at the regional level should be under the control of regional politicians.
