Black Strapless Genie Jumpsuit (I bought this at a trendy little OC Boutique for skinny girls. There was no way

these were going to fit my DD’s- ah ha - but they fit everywhere else! Time to put the mind to work. Instead I wear them as High waisted Pants and still get the jumpsuit look! This also looks quite fab with my Banana Blue Jean Jacket with collar popped for extra flair (not pictured).

The No MakeUp Face

I work pretty hard at my skin regimen so that I only have to wear makeup when I'm feeling extra fru fru or headed out for a special night. So these are a few tips for “No Make Up Face” as I like to call it. Yes of course there is still a little eye liner and mascara, and a bit of blush involved . The face also still has be to prepped. It would be lovely to just hop out of the shower and go, but that never works in my world!

1. Wash and Tone Face as Usual I use a mix of Boots Complexion Refining Deep Clean Mousse (Target) and Rx For Brown Skin Bright and Even Exfoliating Cleanser (Sephora)-I tone with either Boots Botanics Rose Water Toner or Complexion Refining Toner (Both at Target)( I never wash my face in the shower I allow the steam from the

shower open up my pours and then wash as the sink after I get out2. After I tone I use Rx for Brown Skin Absolute Radiance Intensive

Exfoliating Serum – works so much better than tradition scrubs and leaves skin with subtle glow.

3. I then mix Rx for Brown Skin Protect and Defend Moisturizing Sunscreen spf 15 (but any moisturizer with spf will do) Naturally Flawless Advanced Botanical Brightener, A small squirt of Juice Beauty Organic Facial Moisture Concentrate (I love this line in general), and finally a Dab of Mac Paint Pot Rubeneque for a golden finish (They don’t have this color anymore but Indian Wood is similar) I make sure to get it all rubbed in and evenly distributed across face and neck.

4. Next I apply black eyeliner, Mac Eye shadow Coppering along my bottom lash. Auburn brown mascara used as brow gel. Purple Mascara on this particular day. These were linked in Episode 1. Along with Bath and Body Works Mentha Lip Shine in Strawberry Sundae(no longer carried) Mac Blush Wineberry placed on apples with fingertips. (no longer carried)

InspirationI love this outfit because I feel comfortable and sexy in it at the same time. The jumpsuit was my inspiration. I tried it on and it didn’t fit … which leads to the annoyed I just wanna get out of this store feeling. I then though about it over night and new the jumpsuit was meant for me. I remember my mom mentioning while she was in the shop with me that she thought they were high waisted pants anyway. So I rushed back to the boutique next day and thankfully they were still there. I’ve always been a fan of jumpsuits and have been wearing them since elementary school days. You know you remember the Sister Act II/Poetic Justice Esq wide legged one pieces in some ridiculously ugly flower pattern, that was oh so funky fresh. The belt is probably the most worn accessory I own, I’m still mad at myself for not getting the black one too! As we all know a girl can never go wrong with Black, and if need be I can very easily go from daytime to a night out with some friends with my vintage gold clutch and my Steve Madden Booties!
