MANAGEMENT AND STAFFING

Advantage Maintenance, Inc. is a privately held Connecticut corporation with a client base consisting of corporate facilities, commercial properties, medical facilities, municipalities, educational institutions, and industrial plants. Founded in 1986 by Thomas Wilkinson as an entrepreneurial veventure, the company has continuously grown in the janitorial services field. With a full time staff of over twenty administrative, supervisory, technical, sales, and support employees and a part/full time staff of over 400 service employees, Advantage Maintenance cconducts multi-shift operations from its office and warehouse facility located in the New Haven suburb of Woodbridge.

The management of Advantage Maintenance, Inc. consists of seasoned service industry professionals with extensive eld, operations, sales, and administrative backgrounds. All senior management personnel possess the experience and capability to function in a variety of key roles at any given time. This exibility eliminates decision making lag time and puts the client’s needs rst. Each client is setup in our Cleantelligent electronic communication system which opens lines of communication to any management level and department of our rm. We constantly remain visible and accountable as the Cleantelligent software keeps dodocumented logs of messages, quality inspections, and work order response times. We don’t feel that a client should wait days to have a question answered or a phone call returned.

Advantage Maintnenance recognizes the difference between sales and service as experienced by the client. All too often, service companies sell image and promises while the reality experienced by the client may very well not be in line with those images or promises. This not only can lead to disapto disappointment for the client, but can also lead to lost business, a less than favorable reputation, and a high account turnover rate. Knowing the difference between image, promises, and the reality that a customer experiences, we consistently strive to place customer seservice at the center of our business model. As a service business, there can be nothing else but customer complete satisfaction as the entire focus of all of the company’s activities.

Our company is committed to excellent service and we are willing to "put our money where our mouth is" and guarantee that you'll be satised.

Basically, we've only covered our labor related costs for the 90 days of service and make absolutely nothing for prot or overhead.

1. Agree to try us for ninety days.2. If, after 60 days, you are not satised with our nightly service and emergency response, please notify us in writing that you are providing a thirty day notication to cancel service.3. The nal month's bill will be reduced by 50%.
