The RAD advantage for you!

• RAD understands the unique communication requirements that exist within the critical infrastructures of utility and transportation entities.

• RAD’s “Any Service over Any Network” is the key to RAD’s success in this field

Korea High Speed Rail Construction Authority (KHRC)

We understand -The challenges you face…

• Expansion – Network is growing (adding substations or train stations) and requires new HW for communications connectivity for voice and data. New HW must be compatible with existing network elements

• Upgrades – replacing aging equipment in order to save on maintenance costs especially if installed units are obsolete and can't be serviced any longer. New HW must be compatible with existing network elements

• Migration to IP backbone – this requires connectivity solutions for existing legacy network elements to the ETH/IP/MPLS network as well as to other parts of the backbone which have not been migrated yet.

• Replacement of legacy network elements to new equipment which is not compatible with the existing legacy infrastructure. This happens mainly due to old technology being obsolete or because of future planning of backbone migration to IP. This requires a seamless solution to avoid unnecessary fork lift upgrades of installed base units.
