How To Set Up Animation, Magic Move, & Transitions

• Make sure nothing on this screen is selected.

• In the Format Palette, click on Animate, & then click Add an Effect & select Magic Move.

• Click on the thumbnail of this slide (on the left) & then Click on Edit > Duplicate Selection.

• On the new slide, delete this text box, move one of the icons to the center and make it larger.

• Go back one slide, and click Play to see what happens.

Corner Transition1. Place a photo from your library in a corner of the

slide.

2. Use the resizing handles as guides. Place the middle handles on the slide edges.

3. Make sure nothing on the slide is selected. Click Animate > Add an Effect & set the transition to Push.

4. Choose the Direction of the transition.

5. Repeat this on three more sides.

2. Make sure nothing on the slide is selected. Click Animate > Add an Effect & set the transition to Cube.

3. Choose the Direction of the transition.

2. Make sure nothing on the slide is selected. Click Animate > Add an Effect & set the transition to Cube.

Action1. Select the star or add another image you

would like to animate.

2. Click Animate > Action & Add an Effect. Choose the Effect Move.

3. The lighter image is the end location. Drag it to where you would like the star to end up. (This can be off screen.)

4. Change Duration & Acceleration to your liking.

5. Click Add Action > Jiggle, then click Build Order & select the action you just created in the Build Order drawer.

6. Change Start to After Previous Build

7. Try some other builds & add more objects.
