CLOSING MARKING PERIOD 4 / Year End Review In addition to the usual End of the Marking Period Reports, there are a number of ClassMate
reports that should be run during marking period 4 to assess the student’s final progress.
These reports in this section should be run once during each marking period, and then on a weekly basis once MP4 begins.

CDOS Credential Checklist – Barry Tech The checklist provides a list of requirements for a CDOS Credential, Career Pathway or 4 + 1 Career Pathways Diploma. Much of the information is autofilled with data already entered in ClassMate. Contact Shelly Rebaudo with any questions regarding student eligibility or changes in requirements. Reports> Coop Education Options> CDOS Credential Checklist Proficiency & Employability Profile – Barry Tech Student PEPS (includes 21st Century Skills for Workplace Success)- teachers must complete for all graduates and non-returning students. Admin CFM Task Summary – Barry Tech Displays numbers of CFM activities students passed. Students must have a passing grade in the CFM unit to graduate and complete the CTE sequence. Select YES for details to see the grades for each activity. Reports>Admin Grading>Admin CFM Task Summary
Student MP/Final Grade to Date Report- runs at the start of MP4. Students should have all final grade formula components to produce a final Grade. Use the MP Gradebook to calculate all classes before running this report. Reports>Admin Grading> Student MP Final Grade to Date Report Use parameters needed: student, course, location, etc. If there is a ** in the MP box, the student was not enrolled in the MP, and will calculate a final grade if all other final formula components are complete. No manual calculation of a final grade is necessary.

Technical Endorsement Checklist by Class – Barry Tech, NYS Approved Programs Students must have all five boxes checked to be eligible to achieve TE. Requirements:

Each spring, when the registration process begins for the next year, new and returning students are projected into classes for the fall.

1. Projection Details by District/School** This report gives you NEW and RETURNING students by district. Send this report to district counselors to verify their returning and new students.
2. Projection by Course with Grade Levels** This report gives you NEW and RETURNING student totals by course with grade level.
3. Projection Roster By Course/Class** Rosters that provide NEW and RETURNING students by name with district, supplemental courses and grade level.
4. Exportable Accepted/Registered List**
This report gives you: Students who are Accepted (NEW) Returning Students (RETURN) Registered Students – Applications under review (REG)
This report can also be imported to EXCEL. Once in EXCEL, you will be able to generate numbers (separate them) by:
