Testing

• Define a set of test cases that ensure all combinations of questions get validated prior to the survey

• Can you get a network connection?– Use browser on phone– Go to Google– Enter a search
• Phone is broken!!!!– All data is on the sdk card– Put it into another phone and send it from there

Available Security Controls
• Passwords– Encrypted– Protect all access points to the data on the server

• Currently connections from phone can be set to un-encrypted (http vs https), reason being some old android phones do not have the required certificates for encryption

Cleaning up phones
• Remove the old tasks– From fieldTask
• Menu > “Refresh Task List”
• Delete results /data from the phone after they have been uploaded– From fieldTask
