What are Authorizations?
• Permissions for each user login
• Controls what users can or can’t do in the system
• Varying levels of permission
• Found under Administration > System Initialization > Authorizations >

• Be careful to not be overzealous
• May not be as “granular” for certain areas of the software
• Controls what users can or can’t do in the system
• Test authorizations if you are not sure

• A cleaner, less confusing user interface
• Keeps users focused on exactly what they need to do
• Documents: cleaner and simpler = less likely to make mistakes
