PAR® SG is a stable pigment designed to improve the appearance of turf and provide a visual spray pattern identification for the applicator. The proprietary blend in PAR® SG will aid in more uniform applications of turf chemicals, including foliar fertilizers, plant growth regulators (PGRs), plant protectants, and herbicides.

Surface Coverage Brightener or ScB® Technology is a unique, proprietary color additive that improves leaf surface coverage and concentrates color for a brighter, bolder, more natural green.

RATES

Apply at a rate of 8 –16 oz. per acre (0.18 –0.37 oz./1,000 sq.ft.) in 40 – 50 gallons of water. For turf at mowing heights of ½” or greater, apply 8 –10 oz./acre in each of two directions.

For covering bermudagrass or zoysia fairways, tees, or sports turf prior to winter dormancy, make an initial application of 10 - 12 oz./acre in each of two directions after recovery from the first frost of the autumn. Apply to green turf for optimal results. Make subsequent applications of 10 –16 oz/acre as needed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Harrell’s Defoamer is a highly active, nonionic, silicone, defoamer designed to eliminate foam in a variety of applications. The use of Harrell’s Defoamer can control foaming of spray mixtures. The reduction of foam can reduce mixing and filling times and material loss caused by foaming-over of spray tanks. Harrell’s Defoamer formula is designed to prevent foam formation as well as provide curative knock down of foam that has previously formed.

RATES

For preventative defoaming: add 1 - 4 ounces of Harrell’s Defoamer to a partially water-filled tank first and agitate briefly before adding other products to the water then add remaining water and begin tank mix agitation. Urea water solution may require the higher use rate range for this product. If foaming re-develops after the tank mix level drops, stop agitation and add an additional 1 oz. of Harrell’s Defoamer.

For foam reduction while mixing spray solutions: add Harrell’s Defoamer at a rate of 1-4 ounces per 100 gallons of spray solution. Water hardness, temperature or tank mix ingredients may require an adjustment up or down in rate. If foaming re-develops after the tank mix level drops, stop agitation and add an additional 1 oz. of Harrell’s Defoamer.

Nonionic Spreader Sticker is designed to increase the effectiveness of agricultural insecticides, fungicides and herbicides by breaking down the waxy cuticle on the leaf surface and improve adhesion between the pesticide and the plant surface.

Use 4-8 ounces per 100 gallons of spray solution. Higher rates may be used when conditions require additional sticking properties or when recommended on a pesticide label. Rates up to 16 ounces per l00 gallons will optimize the sticking of pesticides.

Nonionic Penetrant increases pesticide and foliar fertilizer uptake by lowering the surface tension of the spray solution which, in turn, increases leaf surface coverage and leaf cuticle penetration. Nonionic Penetrant is specifically engineered to minimize foaming during tank mixing.

Nonionic Penetrant can be used with most insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, defoliants and desiccants to improve the performance of the active spray ingredients.

RATES

Herbicides: Apply 1 – 4 pints per 100 gallons.

Insecticides, Fungicides, Acaricides: Apply 0.5 - 2 pints per 100 gallons.

Some pesticide labels recommend a higher or lower surfactant use rate for optimum efficacy. Follow the pesticide label directions when this occurs.

Nonionic Penetrant Plus is a low-foaming, nonionic penetrant surfactant designed to be used with plant protectants. Nonionic Penetrant Plus is formulated with a drift control component to minimize undesirable drift during application of plant protectants.

Nonionic Penetrant Plus can be used with most insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, defoliants and desiccants to provide one uniform distribution and better wetting of the plant surface.

Herbicide Activator is a highly active ammonium sulfate solution designed to modify solution pH and water hardness. The ammoniacal nitrogen in Herbicide Activator has been found to promote herbicide (such as glyphosate) uptake in agricultural applications. Herbicide Activator use of high quality spray grade ammonium sulfate eliminates cold water sedimentation and nozzle plugging commonly found with dry AMS. Herbicide Activator also contains a pH stable antifoam which prevents foaming during tank mixing.
