informational website posted on the Internet where people post their views, comments, opinion on various events, incidents, etc. The entries are displayed in reverse chronological order where the latest post appears first. A blog may include text, pictures, videos and a link to other websites.

These are interactive and they allow visitors to leave comments. They help in connect like –minded users to each other. Most of the blogs are primarily textual. The primary content of the blog is written by one person.

Types of Blogs Personal Blogs : It is like a personal diary in

which the content is written by an individual and it allows others to view it and write comments on it.

Art Blog : A blog that focus on art.

Photo Blog : A blog that has contents and pictures on photography.

MP3 Blog: A blog that focus on music and audio contents.

And there are many more types of blogs.

How to create a blog ?

Select Blog host, that is, a website whose blogging platform you can use for blogging. For ex., Blogger (https://www.blogger.com/)

Click on Get Started.

Enter your Gmail address and password in the Email box and the Password box Respectively. Click on Sign In.

Click on Continue to Blogger.

On the Blogger dashboard, click on the New Blog button to create a new blog.

In the dialog box that appears, select a title and address for your blog.

Click on Create Blog.

The new blog appears in the blogger dashboard and is ready to use.
