SECTION-1

1.01 GENERAL

A. This Addendum-I to PTS-13EN1179 shall be read in conjunction with the Original PTS-13EN1179 and shall be considered as an integral part of it. This addendum is issued due to the followings:

1. Change from cable entry to basement 2. Jib Crane is not applicable.

B. The General requirements, Design criteria, Detailed Technical Specifications and Testing and Commissioning requirements for the equipmentlWORK covered under this Addendum shall be considered as identical to those applicable to original scope

1.02 SCOPE OF WORK

1. The word "cable entry room" shall be replaced by "cable basement" wherever it is mentioned.

2. The item no. 37 in clause no. 4.09.A is not valid.

3. In item in clause 4.09.D.3, replace section "3.15" with "3.16".

4. The item B.9 of clause 4.10 is not valid.

5. The item in table-4.01, under index Q "Jib Crane Structural Support Plan, Section and Details" is not valid.

6. The item in table-4.01, under index M "Plan, Sections and Details of Jib Crane Steel Structure" is not valid.

7. The item 6.13 is not valid.

8. Appendix-I, Drawing Control Sheet no. ET-913705 (sheet 1 of 1, Rev. 0) of Original PTS-13EN1179 shall be replaced by ET-913705 (sheet 1 of 1, Rev. 1). Accordingly, replace Rev.0 of drawings ET-913706, ET-913708, ET-913709 (Sheet 2 of 3) and ET- 913712 Sh.1 to 414 by their new Rev.01 given in Appendix-I.

NOTE:

All the relevant drawings of the existing facilities affected due to this PROJECT shall also be revisedlupdated by the CONTRACTOR as a part of "As-Built" drawings submissions. The successful CONTRACTOR shall identify the relevant drawings required by him and request for copies during BaselDetail Engineering stage of the PROJECT. The COMPANY will provide assistance to the successful CONTRACTOR in obtaining the available drawingslinformation such as detailed drawings, equipment nameplate details etc. required by him from the COMPANY.
