This is a unique reverse engineering project using local materials:- 450nm Blue laser diode- Arduino Uno- Ultra Sonic range finders- DC sources- LED Bulb with Phosphorous Plastic- Used headlight- collimation lens- BMW projector lens
The innovation of this project is that wehave created from basic materials anautomotive device that it is used by theOEM’s (BMW and Audit) in their latestcar products.This uses a new concept of AdaptiveLaser Module that the market doesnot currently have.
We have upgraded the headlight with:- adaptive Laser white light Modulefor high beam and Laser beam- LED low Beam- LED signaling light- LED DRL light.
The system will adapt the laser whitelight according to the sensor input,thus tracking the sensed obstacle.

Create the housing for the 1st
part of the module - heatsink
Add the collimating lens to focusthe beam and optical isolate it. Projector lens is added to the top cap
and the Laser Module is done.
