Semi-Custom HomesOne Acre Homesites
Up to 4-Car GaragesMain Floor Master Plans
3 to 7 Bedrooms 2-1/2 to 4-3/4 Baths
2,887 to 3,576 s.f. Homes From the $400’s
Where were you born?I was born in Baltimore, Maryland. I grew up in the sub-
urbs of the city and spent the summers shing on the Chesa-peake Bay.
How long have you lived in the area? What do you like most about it?
I rst came to Colorado in 1993 right a er gradu-ating from Col-lege. I lived in Summit County and for a time moved around a bit. In 2002, when it was time to settle down I chose Westminster because it was
close to the mountains and close to Boulder and Denver. I love living west of Hwy 36 because it is close to the foothills where I love to rock climb, run and bike almost every day.
How long have you worked in Real Estate?I started with a small, ma and pa type brokerage in 2005.
I’ve steadily grown my business every year despite the changes in the economy and real estate.
What is your specialty and what does that mean for the peo- ple you work with?
I love working with homeowners who are looking to move up to their next home.
What is the most challenging part of what you do?
Making the process seem as smooth as possible for my cli-ents – helping clients carefully
orchestrate transitions without letting
small things get
in the way and ensuring all the diligence is done properly is both art and science. My job #1 is to be your proactive, trusted advisor.
What do you most enjoy doing when you are not work-ing?
I love being with my two little girls and wife. When I am not with them, I love to run and climb the trails and atirons nearby.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house?
As a home seller, you can control the Price, Condition and Emotional Appeal of your home. e market and your home’s location drive all other factors. Work with agent who has the skills and tools to maximize your home’s resale po-tential.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house?
Select an agent who will counsel with you to truly under-stand your needs and to help you trust your instincts. e right agent will have a variety of trusted resources to assist
you with the logistics.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while work-ing in Real Estate?
I’ve sold a “hole in the ground”. It was an unusable piece of land that had a coalmine under it in the middle of a neighborhood. e buyer wanted it for the rights to build a road.
