Click Create

Select the View you will build your report on

Click on Report

You are now at the reporting building screen known as InstantView

DRAG AND DROP REPORT

Drag fields from the field categories to the column or rows section to instantly see your data

To aggregate a field, click on the field, select Aggregation and choose either Count or Count Distinct

Click output to see how the report will be displayed when opened.

Click Report, then click save to prompt the save options. Chose where to save the report and click activate.

FORMATTING REPORT

There are multiple formatting options for reports.

Report Formatting:

Clicking on this option will present you with all formatting options available for the table, such as; font size, sorting, header labels, etc.

Column Formatting:

Clicking on this option will present you with all formatting options available for the each column such as; font size, summaries, column name, etc

FORMATTING REPORT

Conditional Formatting:

Clicking on this option will present you with the ability to change text color, add icons, or change cell color for a column based on values in that column.

USING FILTERS

Drag and drop a filter the same way you would add a field as a column.

Click on the filter to prompt a list of options for that filter.
