Actual Constructive Notice to OHIO GENERAL ASSEMBLY

This is a document that was sent to the OHIO GENERAL ASSEMBLY CORPORATION, inquiring of AND challenging their jurisdiction/authority, respectfully demanding them as public servants to provide their certified Delegation of Authority Order, Oaths of Office, Oaths of Ethics and Bonding information. They were advised that if they CANNOT provide the requested information, then they are to CEASE all actions of COLOR against the Natural Peoples of North, Central, South America and the adjoining islands, fraudulently branded, Negroes, Blacks, Coloreds, African Americans/Afro Americans, Hispanic/Latinos, Jamaicans, Haitians, etc.
