The Book of Acts is the New Testament’s thrilling account of how simple men and women shared the Gospel message that had transformed their lives. This talk will share the historical, geographical, political and religious background to provide greater insight that can guide our Christian experience today. Madelon Maupin has a Masters in Theological Studies from San Francisco Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Religion from Principia College. She has lectured for Princess Cruises for their Holy Land tours and has led her own groups to the Middle East, including Israel and Turkey.
