Overview

Investigate call events using Call EventExplorer

Analyze network performance using the RadioNetwork Analysis tool

Call Event Explorer provides a detailedanalysis of critical failure events.

Zoom in to the map to the event. Click on Call Flow Analysis to take a closer

look at the RRC messages.

Change and display different attributes on themap to find the reasons causing the problem.

Radio network analysis

Helps you monitor your network health, findingpolluting sectors and network coverage.

The available radio network analyses are: – coverage and overspill analysis

– pilot pollution

– neighbor list analyses

Cell coverage analysis

Displays the coverage area of a selected cellon the map.

The circle represents the boundary. Any data points outside the circle are

considered overspill.

Pilot pollution analysis

Helps you to quickly identify the area andeven sectors with interference or pilotpollution.

You can perform this analysis using eitherhandset or scanner data.

Based on the analysis, you can then prioritize

which sectors are candidates for downtilts andcoverage optimization.

Missing neighbors analysis

Lets you optimize a neighbor list within auser-defined radius of a selected sector,

based on scanner data. A neighbor list is generated, suggesting sites

and sectors to be added, removed orretained.

You can alter the data setting to configure the ActixOne neighbor list analysis algorithm.

This module presents an interface foridentifying key problem areas and events thatoccurred in the network from data stored inthe ActixOne database

problem attributes and understand the relatedconditions

You can view your network information acrossthe defined geographical areas.

Two types of views can be selected: – Plot by area
