• Electronic mail, most commonly referred to as email or e-mail since ca. 1993, is a method of exchanging digital messages from an author to one or more recipients.

• The term "wiki" comes from the Hawaiian phrase, "wiki wiki," which means "super fast.“

• A wiki is a Web site that allows users to add and update content on the site using their own Web browser.

• It is tagging a website and saving it for later. Instead of saving them to your web browser, you are saving them to the web.

Social Networking• A social network is a social structure made up

of a set of social actors (such as individuals or organizations) and a set of the dyadic ties between these actors.

• Social networking is just basically utilizing social networks to express your thoughts, get information and communicate with others.

URL• Abbreviation of Uniform Resource Locator (URL) it is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web.
