Walsh Coming Soon To Your Music Dealer: The new EMG-TW Inside the new EMG-TW pickup are both single and dual-coil pickups, each with it’s own output. The single-coil mode is a new version of our EMG-J pickup built in the CS (ceramic and steel). The dual-coil mode is our popular CS dual- coil consisting of two coils opposite one another creating a pickup similar to models: 35CS/40CS/45CS. A push/pull volume (or tone) pot allows you to change from the clarity of a single-coil to the fatness of a dual-coil. The EMG-TW’s separate outputs give you option to utilize EMG tone enhancing accessory circuits on either pickup output. You can add the BTC Control, the EXB expander, or the EMG-BQ Equalizer onto either single or dual coil outputs or both. Like all EMG’s, the TW is virtually noiseless in both modes.
