Current Issue
• In Greece of 2012, we face a current issue, Financial Crisis
• Managed to put a lock on thousands of Greek small-sized businesses
• BCA operating in Greece. Hundreds of students that are to enter the marketplace
• What is better than BCA founding a non-profit org. that aims in supporting our future, small Greek-sized businesses

Active youth’s Aim
• To offer consultancy in terms of Marketing, Finance and Management to Greek small-sized businesses that cannot afford help for further development and expansion in the Greek marketplace
Active youth’s Vision
• To create a strong image, so it can become a trustworthy organization to the Greek small businesses
• To manage consult successfully the Greek small businesses and offer them the desirable results
Active Youth’s Activities
• Approaching businesses in the need of help, through volunteer groups of students
• Provide solutions and implement certain strategies and tactics, needed to expand the market share, to the companies
• Students from the communications, business administration, hotel & management, finance, logistics dept. will be able to apply solutions
Communication Dept. Activities
• Promotional Plans ( to small Greek businesses)• Creating Marketing Communication Mix • Consulting Communication• Creative Ideas• Market Research • Differentiation of the small businesses
Business dept. Activities
• The selection of Volunteers (analysis of C.V’S if they are suitable for the cause)
• Human Resources Consulting • Implement Business Plans• Implement Business Ethics
Hotel & Management Activities
• Offering advice on the improvement of service quality (within the hotel sector, family hotel businesses)
• HASP • Sales within a hotel, create on-line marketing platform• Implementation, promotion • Event Planning
Finance Dept. Activities
• Provide alternative options of Financing small-Greek businesses of low cost
• Modernizing, easing, over-drafting of current financial balance sheets
• Provide an overview of the marketplace in general • Examine thoroughly previous balance sheets, seek for
malfunctions in the system
Logistics Dept. Activities
• Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis • Minimizing to the lowest cost (efficient for businesses)• Knowledge on supply chain, warehousing,
merchandising, security management, distribution channels
• CRS • Create competition through productivity
Active Youth in terms of C.S.R.
• Support Greek small-sized businesses
• Improve Greek economy (Crisis)
