Actions

1. In life we may each receive more or less unjust blows. No unjust blow shouldconsume us, because if we consumeourselves we do not solve anything butinstead we harm us and sometimes even

very much and we also complicate some problems that we have. First of all whenwe receive an unjust blow, we shouldfocus on finding solutions, actions to helpus minimize the negative effects of the

blow, unless we can reduce them to zero.Secondly, it is necessary to identify thecauses and factors that led us to receivingthem unjustly. Thirdly, it is necessary toremove the causes that led us to receivingthem unjustly, so that we shall not receivethem again or several times again. In thefourth line is necessary to take allnecessary measures to prevent the causesthat led us to reciving the X blow unjustly.Fifthly it is necessary to seek to identifywhether there are other causes that mightlead us to receive further blows unjustly.Sixthly it is necessary to discover other

potential causes that could cause us toreceive more unfair blows by taking the

necessary measures: 1) to eliminate thesecauses, 2) where we can not prevent thesecauses it is necessary to take the necessarymeasures not to receive them unjustly, 3)if we receive them, to make the blow have

as little negative effects as possible over us. In the seventh line it is necessary thatour new situation caused by the unfair

blow is used efficiently for us. It is possible that what we accomplish after the

new situation created by the unjustlyreceived blow is much larger and

beneficial to us than the achievements thatwe had done if we had not received the

blow unjustly.

2. Positive thinking helps us solve positive actions. Those who do not have positive thinking have no way of achieving positive actions so they achievenegative actions.

3. Effective preventive actions are veryefficient in most cases.
