ACTION RED BULL

• Trolley good is about races with karts called soapbox karts, trolleys, box cars and buggies.

• The first recognized soapbox race was held in Dayton, Ohio, in 1933. • The first soapbox race organized attracted only 19 racers and only a few

spectators but the second event, in august 1933, was more successful around 40,000 spectators.

• 1972 in Chevrolet, someone who had been sponsoring the event had ended a cheater had caused serious damage.

• The winner for the all American race was young 14yr old Jim Gronen who had put a electromagnet on the nose of his soapbox kart which gave him a head start because of the metal gates.
