programme To improve from the SME course from past

years To apply participatory approach in the

training process

Stakeholder Analysis Identify the primary and secondary

stakeholders in the training courseSelect participants from different interest

groups to represent different stakeholders

PRAPRA will be introduced to the participants

before they go to field trips.

Priority Identify the priority issues among

multitasks

Apply participatory approach into training Team work, role play, field trip, learning game

Field trip arrangement Logistics, food restriction, venue selection,

guide questions preparation

Team work Work with people from different background Dividing tasks according to team members’

strength & weakness
