ACTA MISSIOLOGIAE, an interdenominational, peer-reviewed, missiological journal with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Intentionally interconfessional, it seeks to balance Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Mainline Protestant, and Evangelical-Charismatic perspectives. ACTA MISSIOLOGIAEseeks to address academic as well as practical issues. The journal assists missiologists and church leaders to keep current in their missiological thinking through articles, bookreviews and can serve as a resource for those teaching missiology. ACTA MISSIOLOGIAEexists to provide a meeting place for reflection on missiological issues and mission practice in Central and Eastern Europe. ACTA MISSIOLOGIAEis published once a year by the Central and Eastern European Institute forMission Studies (CIMS) of the Károli GáspárUniversity of the Reformed Church in Hungary (KRE) in close cooperation with the Central andEastern European Association for Mission Studies (CEEAMS). ACTA MISSIOLOGIAEwould like to act as an exchange journal. This means that missiological journals from around the world can be exchanged for ACTA MISSIOLOGIAE. Participating institutions can send their journals to CIMS and receive the annual publication(s) ofACTA MISSIOLOGIAEin return. Postage costs arecovered by the respective sending institutions.
