Testing Windows
• Three remaining EOC test windows: February 2- March 13 March 30 - June 12 June 15- July 17 (CBT only)
• Within each window, schools choose a 10-day window (consecutive days) to complete the four tests, including make-up sessions.
• Within the 10-day window, schools choose 1 day per subject Note: MC1 and MC2 must be given in order on the same day.
• May schedule multiple content tests on same day.

Early Graduates and EOC Exams
• Early Graduates must• Have four (4) EOC exams or approved Non-participations• Meet EOC Proficiency Benchmarks
• Students not meeting the benchmark may appeal on the grounds of extenuating circumstances.

Graduates Without State Required Exams
• Use the EOC Early Warning Report in IC to determine which students are lacking EOC exams.
• When SDRR opens, testing rosters for graduates will contain students with and without EOC exam scores. All students should be tested or the graduating accountable school will receive the lowest test score for missing exams.

• 1/14/14- Deadline to update student records in IC
• Late January- Student records are updated in the ACT QualityCore online system. This will ensure student records are complete and accurate prior to April testing.
