Objectives: Development of a centralized Quality Monitoring for tracking and the systematically

processing of all quality tasks in one harmonized Q-Cockpit.

Integration of all QM relevant list objects (quality notifications, quality items, quality tasks,

quality actions,…).

Possibility to build up a standardized & user specific Q-Cockpit (flexible build up &

handling) One central entrance for all quality processing scenarios

Harmonized interface to quality employees in SAP QM

Approach & Concept

Integration existing QM report functionalities in the IQOS framework (Q-Cockpit)

Usage of the SAP variant concept to build up an individual quality tracking

Development of standardized & user specific QM monitors for tracking and processing of

individual & team related tasks and actions.
