If you have recently moved, changed phone numbers, have a new job, please update the school with new
contact information. It is crucial the school has cur-rent and up-to-date numbers in case of emergency or
student illness.

the school office.
Thank you to our school’s SCC for creating and adminis-
tering the Parent Survey during SLCs on November 21
and 23.
One hundred and fifty-five (155) parent surveys were
completed. The data from the survey will be used to en-
hance each family’s connection with the school. This in-
turn will support and improve learning through improved
attendance and opportunities for kids! Thank you for
taking time to complete the survey!
Also, during the week of December 5-9, Grade 4-8 stu-
dents will take part in the Our School (Tell-Them-From-
Me) Survey. The goal of this anonymous 30-45 minute
survey is to gather student feedback and suggestions.
This information would enhance their school connec-
tions and opportunities which would improve their Irwin
learning experiences. If you have any questions about
the Our School Survey, please call the school at your
convenience (306-778-9270).
Colder Weather is approaching us… please remind your
children to wear clothing to keep them warm while they

The Senior Girls Volleyball team played in the Swift Current league, hosted SWAC sectionals, and en-tered 4 tournaments this season. We placed 1st in tier 4 at the Dog Pound tournament in Medicine Hat, we were one point away from wining our sec-
tional meet and won our league (for the 3rd year in a row!). The girls improved so much throughout the
year and had many exciting games that made the fans jump out of their seats while cheering. Thank you to our refs , our fans, and our parents. Most importantly, thank you to the girls. They showed
maturity, always displayed a high level of sportsmanship and achieved excellence weather
they won or loss.
