About  ACHIEVE  2015  

Every  year,  AIESEC  in  NORWAY  holds  a  series  of  conferences  to  explore  and  develop  

members’   leadership   potential.   Here   comes   the   largest   and   most   important  

conference   of   the   year   –   ACHIEVE   2015!   It   exists   to   reconnect   the   AIESECers   and  

serve  as  a  chance  for  them  to  evaluate  what  we  have  already  done  and  plan  for  the  

upcoming  summer  peak.

Special  Events    

As  you  have  seen  the  hints  from  our  Facebook  posts,  you  may  have  an   idea  of  the  

theme.  So  now  is  the  time  to  reveal  the  theme  of  our  conference,  which  will  stay  in  

the  background  throughout  the  four  days  -­‐  UNDERCOVER  &  TARGETS.  

Be  prepare  for  the  surprises  that  the  OC  team  has  prepared  and  be  ready  to  enter  a  

world  full  of  secrets  and  spies!  

On  20th  March  (Fri),  we  will  have  the  Party.  

On  21st  March   (Sat),  we  will   have   the  Gala   Dinner.   You   could  only  be   able   to  buy  

beer  and  wine  (but  not  spirit).    

Don't  forget  to  get  prepared  for  the  special  events  and  dress  up  accordingly.    

P.S.   Delegates   are   free   to   stay   after.   Please   be   noted   that   the   OC   team   will   be  

responsible  of  organizing   the  event  until  12pm  for   the  party  and  until  1am  for   the  

Gala  Dinner.

Please   be   reminded   that   the   conferences   will   be   held   in   different   buildings   in  

Blindern   Campus   of  University   of  Oslo,   namely  Eilert   Sundts   Hus,  Helga   Engs   Hus  

and  Georg  Morgenstiernes  Hus.  

How  to  get  there?    

You  can  take  metro  line  number  3,4  or  6  at  at  Jernbanetorget  (Oslo  S)  towards  Storo,  

Ringen  or  Sognsvann  to  the  stops  called  "Blindern"  or  “Forskningsparken”.  

Transportation  Time:  From  Oslo  S  to  Blindern  –  9  minutes

How  to  get  there?    

You  can  take  bus  number  30  at  Jernbanetorget  (Oslo  S)  towards  Nydalen  to  a  stop  

called  "Dælenenga".  

Transportation  Time:  From  Oslo  S  to  Dælenenga  –  13  minutes    

For   the   delegates   with   accommodation,   there   will   be   pick   up  

service   from   Anker   Apartment   to   the   conference   venue   every  

morning  by  a  member  of  the  host  LC.    

Please  bear  in  mind  that  the  metro  and  bus    tickets  are  not  included  

in   the   delegate   package.   You   can  buy   the   tickets   using   the   phone  

application  named  RuterBillet.    

If  you  do  not  have  a  smartphone  and  want  to  use  regular  tickets,  please  feel  free  to  

tell  the  OC  team  in  case  you  need  any  help.  

Please  be  noted  that  bed  linens  and  towels  are  not  included.  They  can  be  rented  in  

the  reception  for  NOK  50  and  NOK  20  respectively.  Meanwhile,  sleeping  bags  are  not  

allowed.
