This year we have attained our best everUCI World Rankings - finishing the seasonin 34th rank. This ranks us alongside someof the world’s best MTB teams.
This means that for the third season in a row,we have managed a final ranking in the tophalf of UCI Team world rankings.
We are very proud to be the first trulyAfrican mountain bike team on the Africancontinent.

Monitoring & Evaluation
As part of our end-of-year review, we conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation exerciseto track our progress and effectiveness. We established the following: -� Relevancy: The project is still relevant and is making a positive difference to the
specific beneficiaries (team members).� Effectiveness: We have made great improvements at providing the equipment
needed for the team and we have significantly increased the number of races onour calendar.
� Efficiency: We are still achieving a lot on a relatively small budget, but we can bemore efficient by taking smaller teams to some more expensive races.
� Impact: All team members expressed that this project has made a significantpositive impact on their lives. They shared stories of how difficult life was beforeand how much satisfaction they get out of being able to compete for the team.
Implementation of Deliverables:� International Ranking has jumped from 50 to 34, which is our highest ranking ever.� We managed to send two rider to compete in Lenzerheide World Cup and Bike
TransAlp race.� Phetetso Monese qualified for Rio 2016 Olympic Games� We won National Championships in every category.� We have improved on our talent identification/ grass roots activities. As a result,
we will have one exciting Junior rider joining our team for 2017.� Facebook/ Social Media interaction has been good. We have increased from 7000
likes to over 10000.� We have two riders developing under Lesotho National Olympic Committee
towards Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
