RentSmart Cerficate course available online in two provinces for individual learning and remote and rural course access. Impact 100% of RentSmart Cerficate grad survey respondents (2017/18 survey) indicated that the course provided them with the knowledge they need to be a good tenant. “I will be more confident with figuring out what kind of roommates I would like to live with.” “Make it longer!!! I loved this course!! I would love to be able to discuss more, and hear your lovely jokes!” “Everything was great and easy to understand. The course was very useful.” “I will tell everyone to try this course!” “This course covers all of the basics. This course is a lot less painful than learning the hard way!” “This course is very well done, I would definitely do this again if I had the chance!” “I have been working with a client of mine for a while and he and his partner have been struggling to secure stable housing. He was thrilled to aend this course, and stated that it was something that he was going to com- plete and learn from because it was going to be the first thing he’s completed ever in his life.
