• Will the online community validate the information or will this be done offline? Quality versus quantity?
• Online can facilitate more efficient offline engagement (Scorecard).
• Online can engage the masses but offline is needed to engage the marginalized.
• How can we engage key offline networks? (e.g. Tech Hubs).
