ACA Comply: Payroll Data
• PayChoice clients: Payroll data will automatically be pushed into your Dashboard every payroll
• Occasionally in the initial upload we will find inaccurate data based upon what was in the payroll system – take a look at your data!
• Non-PayChoice clients: Your initial payroll data must be imported using a provided import template.
• It is important to ensure that your information in payroll is accurate

• Create and enter plan information for all plans that are offered at
any point in 2015
• Each contribution structure for a plan is considered its own plan
• Non-calendar year plans – include all data even if irrelevant to
2015

• Step 1: • Missing fields sometimes include: SSN, Address, City, State, Zip• Missing information needs to be uploaded to system using excel
template
• Step 2: Review data for accuracy. Use on an EE’s record to make any changes. Always Save changes.
• Non PayChoice clients: You will need to import your EE census information using these buttons:
Plan Assignment
• This section is used to assign plan eligibility to your employees.
• Must build the plans and review your EE Census first before you can assign eligibility.
• Assign plan eligibility to employees through the use of filters.Filters include: employee name, ID, type, status, pay type, department, location
• Key to reporting affordability so it must be accurate

• Step 1: Select the plan at the top of the page
• Step 2: Filter the employees using column headers.

• After completing the excel template, import the file using the “Show Import Form” button:

• Monthly review and update
• Review at the end of the 2015 calendar year to make sure it’s correct
• You can click the “Edit” button to edit a single employee’s offer of coverage in the table
• You can make individual offers without using the excel templates by using these fields:
