Heatresistance is improved by adopting high strength thicker Al2O3 layer. It corresponds to a high-speed processing.

Long tool lifeTwice or more long tool life compared with the conventional grade is achieved by excellent wear resistance by the adoption of high strength thicker Al2O3 layer and high hardness and finer grained TiCN layer.

High stabilityThe stability of the processing is improved by excellent peeling resistance of film with higher stacking of coating layer and higher adhesion resistance.
