WORCESTERSHIRE CCC 2015 SUPPORTERS TRIP TO ABU DHABI

INTRODUCTION

Following a successful 2014 campaign which saw Worcestershire CCC reach the NatWest T20 Blast Quarter Final stage and gain promotion to Division One of the LV= County Championship, the team will be returning to Abu Dhabi on the 4th March – 14th March 2015 for their pre-season tour.

Whilst in Abu Dhabi the squad will undertake a demanding training schedule and match day practice across all formats of the game to prepare them for what will no doubt be a massive year ahead.

New for 2015, Worcestershire CCC have collaborated with Etihad Holidays to offer supporters the opportunity to accompany the players on the tour, with supporters departing on Friday 6th March and returning on Saturday 14th March.

The package includes flights, transfers, accommodation, match tickets and an exclusive team dinner with the players, so why not come and join us for your first chance to see the players in action in preparation for the 2015 season.

OUTLINE ITINERARY FOR WORCESTERSHIRE CCC PLAYERS 4TH - 14TH MARCH 2015

WEDNESDAY 4TH MARCH 2015• 7.00am: Check in at Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4

• 9.15am: Depart on Etihad flight EY12

• 8.05pm: Arrive at Abu Dhabi and transfer to Crowne Plaza hotel on Yas Island

THURSDAY 5TH MARCH • Morning free

• 2.00pm: Depart for Training

• 2.30pm - 5:00pm: Training

• 5.30pm: Return to hotel

FRIDAY 6TH MARCH• 9.30am: Depart for Stadium

• 10.00am - 1.00pm: Training

• PM free

SATURDAY 7TH MARCH • 9.30am: Depart for Stadium

• 2.00pm: T20 match v UAE XI (Zayed Nursery)

SUNDAY 8TH MARCH • 12.30pm: Depart hotel

• 2.30pm – T20 match V ICC Associate TBC (Zayed Nursery)

MONDAY 9TH MARCH • 8.30am: Depart hotel

• 10.30am: 50 Over game V Derbyshire CCC ( Zayed main stadium)

TUESDAY 10TH MARCH• Free Day

WEDNESDAY 11TH MARCH• 8.30am: Depart hotel

• 10.30am: Day 1 red ball match v Derbyshire CCC (Zayed Nursery)

• 6.00pm: Return to hotel

THURSDAY 12TH MARCH• 8.30am: Depart hotel

• 10.30am: Day 2 red ball match v Derbyshire CCC (Zayed Nursery)

• 6.00pm: Return to hotel

FRIDAY 13TH MARCH • 8.00am: Check out of hotel

• 9.00am: Depart hotel

• 11.00am: Match V Middlesex CCC 50 over (Zayed Nursery)

• 6.00pm: Return to hotel

• 11.15pm: Depart for airport

• 11.30pm: Check in at airport

SATURDAY 14TH MARCH• 2.35am: Depart on Etihad EY11

• 6.35am: Arrive in Heathrow

• The Hospitality package has been put together to give you the best experience of travelling to the UAE to support your team, and is exclusive to the partnership with Etihad Holidays. This package includes entry to the grounds for all games, as well as an exclusive shaded spectators area, food and water, and assistance of the tour hosts, Sport Arabia. In addition, the hospitality package will also include an exclusive evening buffet dinner with the Worcestershire 1st team squad and coaches in the Centro Yas Hotel, with soft drinks included and a cash bar also available. This can only be booked as part of a package.

WORCESTERSHIRE CCC SUPPORTERS PACKAGE

TRANSPORT PACKAGE (INCLUDED)

• The Transport package has been designed to make getting around Abu Dhabi as easy as possible for Worcestershire supporters during their trip to Abu Dhabi. This package is exclusive to the partnership with Etihad Holidays. The package includes a private bus transfer between Yas Island and the Zayed Cricket Stadium for all official matches, a representative from Sport Arabia Worldwide will also be present on the bus to provide assistance. Radisson Blu hotel is situated on Yas Island, home to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Yas Links golf course and the iconic Yas Marina Circuit, home to the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX. Yas Island is a 10 minute transfer from Abu Dhabi International airport, and a 15 minute transfer from the Zayed Cricket Stadium. Guests will have complementary access to the exclusive Yas Island Beach Club during their stay. This can only be booked as part of a package.

UPGRADE OPTIONS

• Return Business Class - upgrade from £1,290 per person (subject to availability)

• Half Board - £180 per person for 7 days (choice of Lunch or Dinner)
