2 กลมๆละ 6 คน ในแตละ กลมประกอบดวยผลสมฤทธทางการเรยนวชาการพยาบาลพนฐาน จากสง ปานกลาง ตำา โดยมการจด การสอนทกษะการทำาคลอดปกตโดยวธเรยนรรวมกนเปนเวลา 3 สปดาห สปดาหละ 24

ชวโมง แตละกลมหมนเวยนสลบกนฝกปฏบตการทำาคลอดจรง และทำาการประเมนผลสมฤทธทกษะการทำาคลอด ในการปฏบตทำาคลอดในรายท 3 ตามแบบประเมนผลสมฤทธทกษะการทำาคลอด และรวบรวมขอมลความคดเหน

ผลสมฤทธทกษะการทำาคลอด สวนใหญไดคะแนนเฉลยสงกวาเกณฑ โดยในดานการเตรยมผคลอดได คะแนนเฉลย 3.19 ดานการทำาคลอดทารกไดคะแนนเฉลย 3.40 ดานการชวยเหลอและประเมนสภาวะผคลอดหลงคลอด ไดคะแนนเฉลย 3.64 ดานการเตรยมสถานทและอปกรณเครองมอเครองใชในการคลอดได

คะแนนเฉลย 3.77 ดานการ เตรยมผคลอดและอปกรณการคลอดในขณะคลอด และดานการชวยเหลอและประเมนสภาวะทารกแรกเกดไดคะแนน เฉลย 3.82 ดานการทำาคลอดรกไดคะแนนเฉลย 3.88 ดงนนคะแนนเฉลยผล

AbstractThis study was purposed to assess delivery skill

achievement and opinion of nursing students from Faculty of Nursing at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University by cooperative learning. A sample size drawn from 12 sophomore students taking a course in Maternal and child Nursing Practicum I. Subjects were divided into 2 groups. Six for each group by practice rotation. Each group was composed of the high, the moderate and the low achieves from a course of Fundamental of Nursing. The samples were trained on delivery skill by cooperative learning 24 hours weekly for 3 weeks. Delivery skill achievement of each student was assessed by using the Achievement Test form constructed by the experimenters at the third case delivery. The research instruments which were developed by the researchers and tested for the content validity by the experts, were the achievement test of cooperative learning and the questionnaires about delivery skill by cooperative teaching. The reliability was 0.80 and rator test was 0.89. Data analysis were use mean and standard deviation. Major finding were as follows;

General achievement means score on almost all aspects of delivery skill of the sample was higher than the standard criterion ranging from 3.19-3.88 ie : the achievement means score for delivery preparing was 3.91, delivery of baby was 3.40, assisting and postpartum assessment was 3.64, setting area and instruments was 3.77, preparing client and instruments during delivery and assisting and assessment newborn was 3.82, and delivery of placenta was 3.88. However the means score of 2.74 for delivery was lower than the standard criterion.

The results also revealed that the samples were highly satisfied with the cooperative learning as having the means score ranging from 4.13 - 4.63 ie : the means score of opinion for teaching method and technique were 4.13,

measurement and evaluation were 4.33, and teaching preparation were 4.63.

เนองจากในปจจบนพบวาโรงงานสวนใหญในจงหวดสมทรปราการยงไมมการนำาเอามาตรฐาน ระบบการจดการสงแวดลอม (ISO 14000) มาใช จงเปนทนาสนใจวาเพราะเหตใดโรงงงานเหลานจงยง

ไมมระบบการจดการสงแวดลอม ISO 14000 ซงการศกษาวจยในครงนมวตถประสงคเพอ ศกษาสาเหตท ไมดำาเนนการตามระบบการจดการสงแวดลอม (ISO 14000) ของโรงงานอตสาหกรรมในจงหวด

สมทรปราการ โดยใชแบบสอบถามในการสำารวจขอมลในดาน ความคดเหนของผบรหารโรงงานอตสาหกรรมในเขต จงหวดสมทรปราการตอการจดทำาระบบการจดการสงแวดลอม (ISO 14000) ในแงของความตองการ

การเหนประโยชน และปญหาและอปสรรคททำาใหหนวยงานยงไมยนขอ ISO 14000 นอกจากนใน แบบสอบถามยงไดมการสำารวจความพรอมขององคประกอบในสวนตาง ๆของโรงงานทมผลตอการจดทำาระบบ

การจดการสงแวดลอม (ISO 14000) ดวย ชวงเวลาทใชในการเกบรวบรวมขอมลคอ ในชวงเดอน มนาคม ถงเดอน พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2542 โดยไดสงแบบสอบถามไปยงโรงงานตาง ๆ ทอยในจงหวด

สมทรปราการทงสน จำานวน 804 ฉบบ จำานวนแบบสอบถามทตองการสำาหรบใชในการคำานวณทางสถตจำานวน 366 ฉบบ ไดรบแบบสอบถามกลบคนจำานวน 206 ฉบบ คดเปน รอยละ 56.28 ของจำานวนแบบสอบถามทตองการสำาหรบใชในการคำานวณทางสถต

ผลการศกษาความคดเหนของผบรหารโรงงานอตสาหกรรมในเขตจงหวดสมทรปราการตอการจดทำา ระบบการจดการสงแวดลอม (ISO 14000) พบวา ผบรหารของโรงงานอตสาหกรรมสวนใหญรอยละ 60.99 มความเขา ใจ และเหนประโยชนของระบบการจดการสงแวดลอม (ISO 14000) ในระดบทด และ

รอยละ 66.99 มความเหนดวยวา อยากใหโรงงานนำาเอาระบบการจดการสงแวดลอมมาใชโดยเรว ในขณะทปญหาและอปสรรคทสำาคญททำาใหหนวยงาน ยงไมยนขอ ISO 14000 ไดแก 1) ขาดการสนบสนนดานความร

AbstractMost industrial plants in Samutprakarn province

have not yet implemented the ISO 14000 (Environmental Management System). Several factors and problems seemed to inhibit the development of ISO 14000 implementation plan in the industrial plants. This research was aimed to reveal those problems and factors affecting the ISO 14000 development and implementation plan in the industrial plants. The research was conducted by the way of questionnaires for data collection. The data were collected from the factory managing directors. These included requirement to apply ISO 14000, understanding of ISO 14000 and problems of implementation. In addition other facilities in the plants that could effect the ISO 14000 development and implementation plans were also collected and analyzed. The period of data collection was in March to May 1999. A total number of 804 questionnaires was distributed. However a number of 366 questionnaires was required for an effectively statistical analysis. The number of returned questionnaires was 206 (56.28%).

According to the managing directors' opinions, most of them 60.99% knew and understood the ISO 14000 concept well and realized the usefulness of ISO 14000 implementation. There were more than 66.99% of the plant that agreed to implement the ISO 14000 to their industrial business. However these industrial plants still had several problems to meet ISO 14000 criteria. These were, 1) lack of knowledge and technology supporting from government (82.7%), 2) lack of budget for developing (77.9%), 3) to get the ISO 14000 officially approved was so complicated and time consumed (77.0%), 4) lack of experienced personnel responsible for environmental management system (76.7%), 5) insufficiency of ISO 14000 official offices were available (75.0%), 6) great effort had to be put to encourage workers to understand the concept and benefit of ISO 14000 (71.9%), 7) the certified ISO certificate last too short (71.6%), 8) whether or not the ISO 14000 was implemented, there were

no impacts on the marketing outcomes (70.8%), 9) to achieve ISO 14000 plan would cost a lot of money (69.8%), 10) managing directors did not know the benefit of ISO 14000 (68.8%), 11) managing directors and the board of administration did not want to apply ISO 14000 (63.9%), and 12) most consumers did not concern with environmental management system (60.4%).

Regarding the readiness of the factories managing directors in the implementation of ISO 14000, questions were asked. These covered 1) environmental policy, 2) planning, 3) implementation and operation, 4) checking and correcting the action plan and 5) management review and improvement of the plan. It was revealed that 65.1% of the industrial plants had firmed policy, 60% had planning, 53.3% were ready to implement the strategic plan, 52.5% would be able to check and correct the environmental plan and 48.2% were capable of revising and improving the plan. Concerning the readiness of the factories managing directors in implementing the environmental management system to meet the ISO 14000, it could be concluded that the degree of readiness of most factories was 55.3%. It was not up to a satisfied level.

AbstractThe purposes of this research are to develop

computer-assisted instruction in the Chinese tone mark usage for Chinese 1 (CN1113) students at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, and to evaluate the efficiency of this computer-assisted instruction program. Thirty freshman students in Chinese 1 (CN1113) during the first semester, in

the academic year 1999 at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University were selected randomly for this study.

A benchmark computer-assisted instruction program, which produced a standard efficiency score of 80 / 80. was utilized to evaluate instructional efficiency of the experimental program. In comparison the experimental program produced scores of 90 during the course of study (E1), and 84.83 after the course was completed (E2). Both the efficiency of E1 and E2 were higher than that of the standard.

การวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอศกษาปจจยทมอทธพลตอพฤตกรรมการบรโภคและลกษณะพฤตกรรม

การบรโภคของนกศกษามหาวทยาลยหวเฉยวเฉลมพระเกยรต ภาคการศกษาท 1 ปการศกษา 2542 กลม

ตวอยางทศกษาคอนกศกษาระดบปรญญาตร ภาคปกต มหาวทยาลยหวเฉยวเฉลมพระเกยรต จำานวน 995 คน จากนกศกษาทงหมด 9 คณะวชา แบงตามสดสวนของนกศกษาในแตละคณะโดยการสมตวอยางแบบงาย

เครองมอ ทใชในการเกบรวบรวมขอมลคอแบบสอบถามมคาความเชอมนเทากบ 0.89 วเคราะหขอมลโดยใชโปรแกรม

ผลการศกษาพบวา

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are study influencing HCU

students’ consumer behaviors and types of the consumer behaviors. Subjects in the study are 995 HCU first year undergraduate students sampled from nine faculties apportioned according to the number of student in each faculty, using simple random sampling technique.

Questionaires were used as the study instrument in data collection, with the level of reliability at 0.89. The data were analyzed using the SPSS computer program. Statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The study shows the following findings: 1. Personal factors; i.e.; personal needs;

motivation; personality; and awareness, have a significant influence on the students consumer behaviors.

2. Environmental factors; i.e.; family influences; economics situation; and income levels, have a high level of influence on the students consumer behaviors.

3. Social and cultural environmental factors have an influence on the students’ consumer behaviors at a medium level.

4. There is no significant difference between male students’ consumer behaviors and those of female students.

5. There is no significant difference of students’ consumer behaviors between faculties.Key Word : Personal factors, Environmental factors, Consumer behavior

ไทยกบการสอสารของนกศกษาชนปท 1 ภาคเรยนท 1 ปการศกษา 2541 จำานวน 293 ฉบบ การวจยพบวานกศกษาสวนใหญมความสามารถในการเขยนความเรยงดานตางๆ อยในเกณฑ

ตอง แบงวรรคตอนไมเหมาะสม เขยนสะกดการนตผด ทำาใหความหมายเปลยนแปลงไป ลกษณะของการเขยน ขอความขาดการเนนยำาในททควรเนนและขาดความเชอมโยงสมพนธกน

ทำาใหงานเขยนขาดความสมบรณและขาดความมเอกภาพของเรองไป การวเคราะหขอมล จากการสำารวจความคดเหนของนกศกษาทมตอการเรยนการเขยนภาษา

ไทยเพอการสอสาร พบวา นกศกษาสวนใหญใหความสนใจและเหนความสำาคญของวชาภาษาไทยกบการสอสาร เนองจากมประโยชนตอการเรยนวชาอนและยงสามารถนำาไปประยกตใชในชวตประจำาวนได แตกมนกศกษาบางคน

ทไมเขาใจกฎเกณฑการใชภาษาไทยจงทำาใหใชภาษาเขยนไมถกตองและขาดความเชอมนในตนเอง ขอเสนอแนะในการวจยครงน ควรมการสงเสรมใหมการฝกทกษะการเขยนภาษาไทย ใหกบ

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to investigate the

problems of writing for communication amongt Huachiew Chalermprakiet University’s first year students. The data was collected from 293 test papers done by students taking the course “Thai and Communication” during the first semester of the academic year 1998.

The results indicate that most students have rather high capability to write different kinds of essays. Some have various problems including,

Presentation : lacking creative ideas, main ideas and supportive ideas

Language usage : improper and misleading words and sentences using

Writing composition : misspelling and improper words-breaking which lead to misleading sentences

Writing style : incoherent writing and lack of supportive sentences which lead to incomplete essays

The analysis suggests student’s positive opinions about taking the course “Thai and Communication.” Most of them find it an interesting and important course since it is useful for studying other subjects and helps improve their practical to use Thai. However, some problems were found including the students lack of grammar knowledge that leads to poor writing ability and unconfident.

In concludsion, for improving learning ability of the students, the students should frequently be practiced writing. In addition courses should be more properly assigned.

ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to evaluate the knowledge of the people when they are confronted with burn wound due to heat , electric , chemical material and radiation. The study group are people aged 15-59 years who are living in the vicinity of

Mahanak Mosque. The study period is in January of 1999 and the group is 100 people. There are equal number of males and females. The burn wound are divided into burn wound from heat 40 % , electric 30 % , chemical material 20 % , and radiation 10 %. The tools for this research comprise of four sets of questionaire. There are first aid care for heat , electric , chemical material and radiation burn wound. The analysis is done by calculating percentage of personal data and knowledge in the first aid care for heat , electric , chemical material and radiation burn wound. We use t - test to compare the knowledge of males and females. The results are the following.

1. The sample group mostly are aged 20-49 years , are employed and finished primary education.

2. The sample group have knowledge in first aid care for heat , electric , chemical material , and radiation burn wound above average. 3. The compare of knowledge between males and females in topics and items: 3 .1 The first aid care in burn wound from heat - males and females have different knowledge in application of wet towel with ice chip to cover the heat contacted area in order to soothe the patient from pain. The difference is statistically significant at 0.05. 3 .2 The first aid care from chemical material - the males and females have different knowledges both in topic and item. The difference is statistically significant at 0.05. The item is how to take care of the wounded due to skin contact with chemical material if the wounded is well conscious , no nausea , no vomiting and thirsty , they are allowed to sip the water frequently. So we should educate the people how to take care of the burn wound and to properly practice it.

Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze the situations and trends of disaster, policies and planning in disaster management and to study the public roles of organizations involved. The documentary research method used in this study was emphasized on windstorms, floods and fires, which occurred during 1987-1997. The findings were as follows;

1. Situation and trends of disaster. In the past ten years, disaster had caused huge damage to human lives and properties as well as to the economic system of the country. The Government had to spend large

amounts of money for emergency relief and rehabilitation for disaster victims. Additionally, the number of disasters has tended to increase.

2. Policies in disaster management. Formerly, the government’s policies and National Plans paid little attention to disaster management. Mostly, government’s policies and National Plan concentrated on assisting victims after the event. Warning, prevention and mitigating approaches, however, have been implemented in the 8th National plan. (1997-2001)

3. Group of organizations involved. Organization involved with disasters could be classified into three groups; legal authorized organizations, circumstantial specific organizations and non-governmental organizations.

Research outcomes suggested that zones of high risk should be mapped for utilizing in the preventive approaches of local people and involved agencies. Local people should be provided with knowledge concerning disasters to promote their safety awareness and to encourage their collaboration in developing appropriate preventive plans for their community. In addition, the organization’s structure and mechanism of disaster management should be more clearly and precisely improved in terms of roles and responsibilities. Co-organization is also needed to eliminate overlapping in responsibilities. Disaster management’s policies should be focused more on prevention and mitigation. Both GO and NGO should take part in developing operational plan for assisting disaster victims at central and local levels. Government assistance is needed to promote the operation of NGO’s by implementing and elaborating laws and regulations.

AbstractThis research aims to study (1) actual and

expected roles of Sub-District Administration Organization (SDAO) in Samutprakran Province in economical development, occupational promotion and development, and else infrastructure, political, social and environment and natural resources development, and (2) internal and external factors which effected both roles of SDAO. Samples were 225 Executive Board and the official staff from 31 Sub-district Administration Organization in Samutprakran Province. Data was presented in percentage, means, T-test and Multiple regression. The results were as follow:

1.In opinion of samples, actual roles of SDAO were high and moderately high in economical, political, social and environment and natural resources development; but low in comprehension and implementation in project planning and yearly budget preparing.

2.About expectation of samples on roles of SDAO, were different significantly.

3.Actual and expected roles of SDAO were different significantly.

4.The opinion on the effect of internal and external factors on the actual and expected roles of SDAO between the Executive Board and the official staff were different.

4.1 the actual roles- In the executive Board’s opinions; the

actual roles of SDAO were not effected by both internal and external factors.

- In the official staff’s opinions; it’s found that an external factor; organization range effected actual roles.

4.2 The expected roles- In the Executive Board’s opinions; 3

external factors effected expected roles, which were cooperation in organization, organization income and people participation.

คณลกษณะทวไปของผบงคบบญชาบณฑต และสถานภาพของบณฑตในหนวยงาน

ผบงคบบญชาบณฑตสวนใหญเปนชายอยในชวงอายมากกวา 56 ปขนไป การศกษาชนสงสด

ระดบปรญญา ตร ปฏบตงานอยในหนวยงานภาครฐบาลทรบผดชอบเกยวกบงานสวสดการสงคมและสงคมสงเคราะห อาทเชน กรมประชาสงเคราะห กรมราชทณฑ กระทรวงสาธารณสขและกรงเทพมหานคร บณฑตจากคณะ

AbstractThis study is a descriptive research. Self-

administered questionnaire is employed to 83 Supervisors who work closely with social work graduates.

Findings from the study indicate as follows:Background Characteristics of the Supervisor and graduate’s status in a work place.

Supervisors are predominately male, age over 56 and bachelor degree is their highest level of education. Most of them are found to be government officer who works at Department of Public Health and Department of Corrections. Not more than 5 graduates work in each organization. More than half of them works as social worker. Major duty of the graduate is a counselor who provides helps and services to disadvantage people. Length of work of graduates is around 3-4 years. Their appropriate degree putation is the main factor that helps graduate to get a job.Supervisor’s Attitude towards the Qualification of Social Work Graduate.

Graduate’s qualifications in term of knowledge, skill and working attitudes are considered to be very appropriate (mean= 150.48, S.D. = 18.69) They are perceived to be coordinate, responsible, attentive, enthusiastic, regular and having good human relation. Supervisor’s attitudes towards Social Work Curriculum.

Supervisor proposes that social work curriculum should be developed and improved in the way that can help providing student with knowledge and awareness of social work ethics, skills and knowledge of communication and human relation as well as the potential in analyzing and criticizing crisis situation deriving from economic and social changes. Moreover, social work and social welfare study program should be more holistic and integrated to reach the level of macro social work.

ซงไดมาจากการสมแบบแบงชนภมชนดทเปนสดสวน จำานวน 512 คน เครองมอทใชในการวจยคอ แบบสอบถามลกษณะมงอนาคต ซงผวจยสรางขนโดยมคาความเชอมนแบบสมประสทธแอลฟา เทากบ .8613

ผลการวจยพบวา นกศกษามหาวทยาลยหวเฉยวเฉลมพระเกยรต มลกษณะมงอนาคตอยใน ระดบมาก ในทกดาน และเมอทำาการเปรยบเทยบลกษณะมงอนาคตของนกศกษาจำาแนกตาม เพศ พบวา เพศชาย

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this study were (1) to study the Future Orientation’s students of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and,(2) to compare them on the basis of sex, levels of their studies and faculties. The Sample were 512 students of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University who were obtained by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique during the second semester of 1998 academic year. Data wear collected by questionaires constructed by the researcher. The Reliability of the questionaires calculated by Alpha - Coefficient Formula indicated .8613

The result of this study indicated that, the Future Orientation of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University students were in a higher level, and the comparison of future orientation of male and female students were not significant, the comparison of future orientation level of their studies and faculties were significantly different at .01 level.

AbstractThis study, A Case Study of Hainanese Funeral

Rituals in Thai Society, examined attitudes relating to gratitude among the ethnic Chinese, as reflected in their funeral rituals. It was qualitative research drawn from both documentation and practical observation in the field. The purpose of this study was to broaden understanding of the concepts, ideas, and visions of the ethnic Chinese through an analysis of Hainanese funeral rituals. The instrument used in the study was participatory observation by experienced persons, deacons and laymen involved in the activities and rituals, including the participants in the rituals.

The results revealed that Hainanese funeral rituals in Thai society reflected a mental attitude of appreciation and respect toward the deceased. This is demonstrated by both the clothing traditionally worn by the participants during the funeral ceremony and the customs and rituals, especially the rituals to express atonement for the sins of the deceased. A Chinese opera is performed to portray the life of the deceased. The opera illustrates the integration of the deceased’s pre- and post-death experience for the survivors in order to reinforce and amplify the ethnic Chinese worldview and attitudes toward death. During these operas, the younger generations can perceive that the deceased has encountered positive experiences following death. The empathy and warm positive feelings generated during the opera help the survivors of the deceased feel compensated for their bereavement.

However, the current trend is a decline in the role of the Hainanese funeral rituals in ethnic Chinese-Thai society. This may possibly be because most ethnic Chinese live in a conventional, mainstream Thai environment. This environment increases their involvement in the modern worldwide culture. Adoption of these rituals by appreciative younger generations may be influential in developing their values and vision. Observance of these rituals would also serve to strengthen family relationships. Consequently, these relationships would improve the values and attitudes of individuals who are too involved in the current materialistic

civilization, and neglect mental attitudes of appreciation and respect.
