Vector engages only when the prospect is convinced of the validity of the solution, the potential benefits and is aware of the changes (No surprises later!).
• Vector will build the Strategic and Tactic tree (Detailed blueprint) for translating the highest objective to the changes across functions and organization levels i.e. develop the SOPs at all levels.
• Get the buyin of all stakeholders in a 3-5 days session. The implementation plan is agreed in the session.
• Implement each block of the SnT with close handholding. All people in the department are taken through the logic of the solution and SOPs are developed in detail. The HOD leads the implementation in his department.
• When the new processes and management are established, move to the next block of the SnT.
• Vector’s approach is ‘whatever it takes’ to get changes implemented - resources, modifications in tools, repeated training etc.
