How it WorksYou join the club as a Resident Member and get affordable rental housing and access to competitively pricedbasic everyday resources, (or just access to basic resources as a Visiting Member), from us or our enterprise partners.Things like: Healthy corner market food staples, an efficient transportation system, basic dry good shops, professionalhealthcare services, a private banking/credit union, travel accommodations to any of our sister sites around the US andabroad; and a business resource center. In exchange for all this you promise to spend a certain amount of your incomebuying from us and our enterprise partners, instead of the other guys. We add a 2% fee on purchases to coveroperating expenses, (But then things like utilities are included in the rent because we design with solar and geothermal,plus all the other cost-of-living savings more than makes up for the 2% fee.) This means we can make money offering ahigher quality affordable lifestyle by selling our goods and services directly to our members and the general public. Andmembers get to live in is a beautiful park like resort for the same price as the other guys apartment rental.To keep costs down, everything is done over a integrated private operating and virtual monetary system, so youcan pay bills and make purchases with your membership card that is also a security key card.The average starting income to live in one of our communities is about $40,000 a year depending on the city,and you still have to pay your income taxes, but by sticking with us and our enterprise partners, we are able to create amuch better deal for a lot less money putting you in a higher lifestyle bracket not higher tax bracket. 5. Commercial Partner EnterprisesRetail and business service partners are open to the general public and the proprietor pays the 2% feefor transactions with non member customers. In exchange, enterprise partners get a dedicated customer baseand low advertising costs. Visiting MembersVisiting Members have access to many of the sameservices and amenity as Resident Members, for amonthly user fee plus any added costs, without livingonsite.Although many shops and services are open to thegeneral public, there are benefits and savings tobecoming a member at any level. For example,besides getting access to members only amenitiesand benefits at reduced prices, Visiting Member areeligible for available apartment lotteries and arealways connected to sister sites when traveling aroundthe world. 11. Becoming a MemberResident Members pay a base rent for the number of rooms they rent, plus a household fee for each addedperson living with them for two weeks or more a month: These are called Registered Family Members. Our housingrates will be highly competitive with average local rental rates and we will participate with local and federal housingassistance programs whenever possible.Visiting Members pay a base monthly user fee plus a small fee for any Registered Family Members they signup on their membership plan.To qualify for an open housing unit, you must be a member in good standing with the company and be able to showyour ability to pay your housing costs for at least one year prior to participating in any of our lotteries for available units.Most lotteries will be held a month before units are ready for new occupants.*Note: We estimate the average annual income needed to live in one of our communities will be around $40,000 a year. Fees and rates will bebased on local area rates and cost of living. 12. The User Points SystemAs members, everyone promises to spend a certain amount of their income in the community on things theydbuy anyway like food, healthcare and eating out etc...(This is around 60% of a members annual income), and to keeptrack of this responsibility they are signed up to our virtual operating system that lets them make payments andpurchases without cash or credit cards and gives them points every time they make a financial transaction.When a Member or their *Registered Family Member makes a purchase for services or merchandise from one ofour onsite **Enterprise Partners, a 2% charge is made to the transaction that is paid by the Members account. If aperson from the general public makes a purchase for services or merchandise, the merchant pays the 2% User Fee.This is just another way to keep operational costs down.Members get affordable products they need right in the community, but we also make it simpler to keep track oftheir spending.* Registered Family Members do not have to be married or related to the primary member to become Registered Family Members.**Enterprise Partners are all our privately owned and operated onsite shops, eateries and commercial services. 13. Theyll also be connected to theirmembers only virtual operating system for cashless spending. Theyll never be lost or on their own when traveling again. 18.
