What will we do differently?❑ Accessibility

What will we do differently?❑ Interactive Programming
▪ Rather than a series of presenters speaking to attendees, our conference schedule of predominantly panels enables presenters to talk with attendees.
▪ Each of the afternoon break-out sessions will conclude with a discussion of actionable next-steps. These action items will be brought back for whole-group discussion during the final panel.
Job Fair ❑ Objectives of Job fair:
▪ Employer will tell the applicants about their available jobs▪ Employer will tell the applicants about the workplace (e.g., how
does the company and teams make sure they make the environment neurodiversity-friendly).
❑ 1:30 to 2:30pm ❑ 30 employer stations. ❑ 14 minutes per presentation; 1 minute between presentations❑ Each employer give 4 presentations ❑ 3 job seekers per representative❑ Each job seeker gets to attend 4 employer stations.
Reverse Job Fair ❑ Objectives of Reverse Job Fair:
▪ Applicants will tell the employers about their background and skills and why their skills fit the positions.
❑ 2:45 to 3:45pm❑ 30 job seeker stations at a time. ❑ 8 minutes per job seeker presentation; 2 minutes between
presentations❑ 2 company representatives per job seeker. ❑ Each company representative gets to attend 6 job seeker stations.
Sessions concurrent to Job Fair and Reverse Job Fair❑ Four Tracks
▪ Service Agencies / Job Seeker First Aid track▪ K-12 track▪ College track▪ Mental Health Track
❑ Each track will have two 1-hr breakout sessions▪ First breakout sessions will have attendees other than active job
seekers▪ Second breakout sessions will have more job seekers
