• The Jetcoin Institute identifies, recruits and fosters promising talents in the world of sport and entertainment.
• Talents release a portion of their commercial rights to the Jetcoin Institute.
• The Institute sells part of these rights via Jetcoin contracts and use the proceeds to implement strategic career plans for the talents.

\ JETCOIN CONTRACTS
• Jetcoin Champions assign a portion of their IP rights (Assigned Rights) to the Jetcoin Institute for a pre-defined time period in exchange for career development, promotion and image management services.
• On the basis of this existing agreement between Jetcoin Institute and the Jetcoin Champions, Jetcoin Institute issues Jetcoin Contracts (JC) representing a portion of these Assigned Rights
• You can buy JCs with Jetcoins (JTC) on an online dedicated platform, currently in development, to be announced soon.
• 10% of the proceeds of Jetcoins sale are converted in XNF and held in custody by the Jetcoin Institute until contract expiration. The rest of the proceeds are spent on the Jetcoin Talent Development Program.

\ JETCOIN CONTRACTS • Jetcoin Champions pay the pre-agreed and contractually set portion of
their revenues from their Assigned Rights to the Jetcoin Institute.
• JC holders receive their share of revenues from the Assigned Rights pro-rata of their digital contract holdings directly into their jetcoin digital wallets. Jetcoins can be redeemed in gold and/or the currency of choice.
• Upon expiration of the contracts JC holders receive some XNF, pro-rata of their holdings.
• JC holders are also rewarded for their social media contribution to the Jetcoin community and partners, through Proof Of Social Engagement (P.O.S.E.). You can earn jetcoins (JTC) via social media activities such as Facebook LIKES, Twitter retweets, Instagram LIKES and Youtube views.

• Talent investors are not necessarily fans but they may want to invest in the future
of promising talents.
• Investors need to buy jetcoins to purchase talent contracts
• Jetcoin contracts are made available for sale to the general public
• Contract holders can trade their contracts on the jetcoin platform
• Dividends are paid automatically in investors’ smart wallets
• 10% of Jetcoin contracts are convertible to XNF(gold) at the end of their life-shelves
