Support of legal leaves for conciliation of family and work life(Program for Promoting Stable Employment) -2009 --

This program is intended to support the conciliation of family life and work by establishing aid to interim contracts carried out with unemployed intended to cover leaves or vacancies as follows:

a) Maternity, b) Risk in pregnancy,c) Foster care and ADOPTION ³d) Legal guardian, e) Caring for ill family

Distribution of working time, and reconciling work and family

Object:This title aims at regulating the program package of incentive measures for job creationThis title aims at regulating the program package of incentive measures for job creation arising from the reorganization of working time, the replacement of overtime, filling of vacancies and reduced working time by decision of the worker.

Actions supported:Actions supported:Through the following programs to promote employment:a) A program of incentives for permanent contracts awarded for achieving a more effective organization of working time.b) Incentive programs for recruitment to be made in order to replace overtime workb) Incentive programs for recruitment to be made in order to replace overtime work.c) Incentive programs for new hires part-time to perform the work day that is free due to the partial retirement of employees of the company.d) Incentive programs for new hires for statutory or decreased at the discretion of the employee of their working timeemployee, of their working time.e) Aid programs for contracts to cover the absences of workers for family assistance

Requirements for contract workers

Contract workers must comply as regards the unemployment situation the requirements ofContract workers must comply, as regards the unemployment situation, the requirements of current legislation, must remain registered as unemployed in the relevant institutions of the Generalitat SERVEF and in possession of documents of high demand and Renewal of Employment ( DARD) be updated and included in any of the following groups:

a) Young unemployed people under 30 years at the date of execution of the contract.b) Unemployed over 45 years at the date of execution of the contractc) Unemployed persons who do not qualify in the above circumstances, registered at the centers of the Generalitat SERVEF for a period at least 180 days prior to the date of executioncenters of the Generalitat SERVEF for a period at least 180 days prior to the date of execution of the contract.d) Women.e) Unemployed person with disabilities
