1.Howdoesitwork?
The module is help you to improve your conversion rate. It is your tool to send email reminder to your customer. There are 2 steps to start sending automatic reminder email with the module:
- Create condition & reminder
- Setting up cron task.
After install you will see new submenu item in Order tab – Abandoned Cart

2.Condition&Reminder
By clicking on Orders > Abandoned Cart Reminder, system will open Condition & Reminders tabs by default as you can see bellow screenshot.

Click to plus button as shown in screenshot above to create new condition & reminder.
• Name: Enter a name to summary your condition & reminder. It will help you
easier to understand your rules when view in list page. E.g: For cart > $90, customer USA, discount 20%
• Status: You can temporarily disable a reminder by the option. The status also “No – Disable” if the Active
• Active From, To: The option have you to active, deactive a reminder automatic by date time. For example, by the option you can set a reminder run within an event like: Chrismas, New Year, Mother Days…
• Min cart amount: The option will help you to limit min cart amount to receive reminder email & discount. For example, you can set only cart amount over $90 to get reminder with 20% discount code.

• Customer group: The option will limit customer by their group to receive reminder email & discount. For example, you can set only Wholesale customer to receive email with 20% discount code.
After entering name and setting up condition, you must go to tab Reminder. You can create unlimited number of reminders, each reminder is possible to have different email template, sending time, discount.
• Email template: The option allows you to select email template for a reminder. You can add and custom email template on Email Templates tabs.
• Frequency: The option allows you to setup delays time to send a reminder. The start time is from the time that cart is updated.
• Discount: The option allows you to set a discount for customer. Your customer will receive discount code automatic via email. On clicking to button “SET DISCOUNT”, you can set discount.

3.Emailtemplates
In the section, you can custom pre-made email templates and create new email templates by using pre-made email templates.
By clicking to edit button, you can edit pre-made email template. If you need to create a new email template, just click to “plus” button at top right of table.
• Template Name: By entering the name, it will be easier for you to remember
your email template details and select the right one in condition & reminder tabs.
• Subject: This is email subject. You are able to use some variables in the fields.
• Select from pre-made templates: The option allows you to select some pre-made templates. If you select a template, it will be automatic load to “Email template editor”.
• Email template editor: This is tiny mce editor. The option will help you to edit email content. You can use variables in the editor to get customer, cart information.

• List of Variables: You can see in above screenshot. It is list of variables that
you can use on your email template editor or subject field. It will add dynamic data such as: customer information, discount information, cart information …
• Email txt format: If you send email as txt format, then click to button “Convert email template to txt format”, it will automatic convert from your html format to txt.
Change email background color, and text color If you want to change color, text style, you can change via Email template editor field.
Then you can change by using HTML and CSS code.

4.AbandonedCarts
You will have an overview about Abandoned carts, reminders and send manually reminder via the tabs.
• Send manual reminder: You can send reminder to each anbandoned cart
by manually. Click to button “SEND MAIL”. Then do follow the opened popup.
• View logs (report): You can see details of each reminder by clicking to
“Reminder Log” button.

5.SettingupCronjob
This setting is require to make the module work as its purpose. You have to setup cron job for the module then it will help you to automatic send reminder emails. Read about setting up Cronjob in tabs “Help”
