The deepening and inescapable need for people to truly experience learning means we need a structure – an architecture – that arranges the parts into an understandable whole. This is what I do. If your learners cannot access the information, then the information does not exist. For content to be real, it must be beneficial, usable and valuable. The deepening and inescapable need for people to truly experience learning means we need a structure – an architecture – that arranges the parts into an understandable whole. This is what I do. I make sense of untamed knowledge. I forge an immersive environment and guide inclusive experiences.
I am a learning experience architect, and I design positive opportunities for growth.

MY STRATEGY
I do not believe in failure - there is success and there is practice, or there is not participating. Failure is simply an undesired result which can be corrected with change. Learning is this on-going, change process. My approach is to introduce new artifacts into an open-environment, causing learners to abandon previous attitudes, and spontaneously develop new problem-solving behaviors, together.
“Aaron has totally captured the essence of our intentions to help our students succeed through the use of innovative and dynamic teaching tools in our classroom. I am so proud to have Aaron as a part of our team.”
— Dr. Elizabeth BooneAst Dean - Benedictine University (supervisor)
“Working with Aaron was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely professional, efficient, and created cohesive, successful products. We will continue to use his AeroLaw Studios for our future projects.”
— Ms. Brenda Kelly Project Controls Mnger - Exelon Corp (client)
“I find myself talking about in-class activities the next day at work, and it has gotten to the point where my coworkers ask me what we did the night before. I really enjoy his course and truly wish more classes were like his!”
— Mr. Louis SantosWaubonsee Comm College (former student)
“MALS students are, for the most part, articulate, intellectually curious, and hard workers… That being said, there are few students who stand out from the rest. Aaron is certainly one of those.”
