In 1992 Aage Hempel decided to open a station in Algeciras (Spain), to operate on board commercial vessels, as one of their best customers required service in this port. The station opened with one employee and one customer.

Grupo Arbulu acquires100% of Aage Hempel.

New offices in The Netherlands
