A&A ConstruCtion At A glAnCeSince starting operations in 2009, A&A Construction has developed into a medium sized construction company that set out to provide a complete package of high-end solutions and services created especially for the luxury Hospitality, Commercial, Retail, Residential and Office infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

A&A Construction started out with the ethos of putting its full commitment into building client relationships by completing all works to agreed timescales and bud-gets. Through years of experience working with large multinationals, we have gained an excellent reputation, which has lead to A&A being involved in many prestigious international projects.

By utilizing the latest technology and equipment, A&A along with its highly qualified tradesmen and support staff of international Project Managers, Architects and Commercial team, to name just a few, endeavor at all times to give our clients the confidence that when we take on a task we aim to give complete satisfaction.

Keeping this in mind, the professionalism of A&A Construction is based on the experience of its two major shareholders, Albert and Adrian, which has been acquired since the year 2000 working mainly in Southern and Northern Ireland.

The skilled tradesmen have been hand picked from teams who have gained their professional experience working in England, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Israel. Thus, A&A Construction is proud of its ability to take its projects from scratch with the help of its Engineers, Carpenters, Iron workers, Bricklayers, Masons, Plasterboard experts, Electricians and other specific workers.

Most importantly is the fact that the company sees its relationship with its clients not as a rigid contract that provides a package of services, but as a continuous dialogue that changes partners into friends and colleagues for a long period of time.

Mr. Albert UngureanuWith over 20 years experience in construction I have noticed time and time again that clients were being let down by their builder. We started our company A&A Construction with the aim of being committed to fulfilling our clients’ requirements and our word means everything to us.

Our clients have realized that we have a passion, dedication, professionalism and above all that our promise to deliver is our bond and this will continue into the future. I am proud of our team and of what we have achieved for our clients. We intend to continue our tradition and work ethic giving a full commitment to all of our existing clients and all future clients.

Mr. Adrian MihocBy giving the clients what they want, when they want it and to the highest quality, this gets repetitive business. When I started the company with Albert in 2007 with a small team of tradesmen we made sure we kept our commitments and continue to do so.

With our combined experience and using our highly skilled team we are confident that we will go from strength to strength, building strong relationships with our clients and supply chain.

Mazagan Villas and ResortEl Jadida, MoroccoThis project comprised of contracted fit out works for these two beautiful resorts in Morocco. We were selected on our reputation of providing a high quality at a competitive price and being able to successfully deliver projects to tight deadlines, which we achieved!

J.W. Marriott Hotel (Absheron) Baku, AzerbaijanThe upscale hotel ideally located among the city center’s futuristic skyline and historic buildings gave A&A Construction the chance to work on the restaurants, common areas and hotel rooms. We did the work with maximum professionalism and rapidity and with great results.

Ferrari Park Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesThe stallion of the auto world needed a park to match its power and luxury and so the Ferrari Park appeared. The A&A Construction team was selected due to our reputation and the results surpassed all expectations: the best of services delivered on time and at a competitive price.

Flame Towers, Baku, AzerbaijanThe Flame Towers are the tallest skyscrapers in Baku, three 190m (620 ft) construction wonders with spectacular design. Our work was at a great level, as well, delivered with great care and attention for the apartments, the hotel and the office blocks.

Twin Towers Pullman HotelDoha, QatarLocated in the West Bay Development of Doha, the Twin Towers is home to a 5-star Pullman Hotel and to office suites. A&A Construction’s contribution to them was very diverse, including all joinery related works, and it met all of the client’s expectations and needs.

King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKAPSARC is an independent, non-profit institution that focuses on research in energy economics, policy, technology, and the environment. A&A Construction’s works here took place in 2013 and 2014 and comprised of the fit out of various areas of the building.

King Abdullah Sport City StadiumSaudi ArabiaThe works undertaken on the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium comprised of the supply of a large labor force and the supervision, management and coordination of the works to ensure that the project was completed on time and to the standard required by the client, under a very demanding schedule.

Shahdag resort, AzerbaijanThe luxurious Shahdag, the first and largest resort of Azerbaijan, is the home of three upscale villas and chalets. A&A Construction offered its professionalism and great attention to details: Pik Palas Hotel, VIP Villa and Park Chalet Hotel.

Port Baku Towers, Baku, AzerbaijanThe high-rise complex situated Neftchilar Avenue, next to the marine port, includes two towers, the Northern and the Southern, which are comprised of offices, restaurants, cafes, retail departments and an international welness center. A&A Construction’s work here regarded Movida Restaurant, Masu Restaurant and Harbour Restaurant and the results are truly majestic.

White City, Baku, AzerbaijanThe Baku White City is set on an ecologically reclaimed land from a former industrial area and is thus a great surprise of the construction world. Nevertheless, our work here did not leave room for surprises: just as professional and quick as before and always.

Sofaz Tower, Baku, AzerbaijanBuilt as the headquarters of the State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic, Sofaz Tower is constructed on green building technology and is comprised of a Museum, a Conference hall, Offices and a two level Car park for 150 cars. A&A Construction brought its knowledge here and worked in great timing for the fit out of the construction.

New Delhi and Mumbai Airports, IndiaThe works undertaken on these two major projects in India comprised of the fit out of several areas of the two airports. Both these projects were delivered on time and to a high level of client satisfaction.

Atelye 61 restaurant, Baku, Azerbaijan Located in an old warehouse and workshop of a former industrial site, west of Baku bay, Atelye 61 is wonderfully restored and includes two dining floors and a seasonal patio garden. A&A Construction’s contribution added additional charm to the restaurants and bars and was delivered on time to a perfect level of professionalism.
