Trade-wise supply of Dead Stock Articles (All items of Furniture,
Electrical, Sign Boards, Electronics, Sanitary, Printing,
Stationery, Household Goods, Computer & Peripherals and
Networking etc.), Event Management, Advertising for Bihar Regional
Office, Patna. The Last date for receipt of duly filled application
is 27 February 2018 (by 14:00 hrs.). For further details and

Empanelment of Suppliers/Vendors/Service Providers for Trade-wise
supply of Dead Stock Articles (All items of Furniture, Electricals,
Electronic, Sanitary, Sign Boards, Printing, Stationery, Household
Goods, Computer & Peripherals and Networking etc.), Event
Management, Advertising for NABARD Bihar Regional Office, Patna
National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Bihar
Regional Office, Patna; intends to prepare a panel of reputed
suppliers/vendors/service providers having specialization in the
trades mentioned in Annexure-I for supply of Dead Stock
Articles/Event Management, Advertising in our Regional Office,
located at 4th & 5th floor, Block B, Maurya Lok Complex, Dak
Bunglow Road, Patna and Staff Quarters at Patna. The panel would be
prepared under five category of works/supply i.e. works/goods
costing:-
a) Up to ₹ 1.00 lakh – Category I b) Above ₹ 1.00 lakh to ₹ 5.00
lakh – Category II c) Above ₹ 5.00 lakh to ₹ 10.00 lakh – Category
III d) Above ₹ 10.00 lakh to ₹ 25.00 lakh – Category IV e) Above ₹
25.00 lakh to ₹ 50.00 lakh – Category V
However, the suppliers/vendors/service providers enlisted for
higher category has to provide services under lower category also.
2. The panel will remain in force till 31 March 2020 from the date
of enlistment. NABARD reserve the right to revise the list before
31 March 2020. The firm/suppliers/vendors/service providers who
have been registered/empaneled with
Government/Semi-Government/Financial Institutions and also worked
in Corporate/Private Sectors, with a minimum experience of 03 years
(as on last date of submission) in the field of similar
supply/service works as per the following criteria and having
service set up at Patna, where from the required quality after sale
services can be provided, may apply in prescribed form for the
purpose. The suppliers/vendors/service providers should meet the
following minimum criteria.
a) Experience and Performance on similar Supply/Contracts during
last 02 years. [Copy of Work Orders/Completion Certificate need to
be enclosed]
b) Capabilities in respect to personnel, equipment’s and
manufacturing facilities etc. c) Financial Standing through latest
IT Return (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
Statement for last three years- Preferable). d) Copy of
Vendor/Supplier Registrations and Office Address Proof.
3. Application forms will be issued free of cost from
“Department of Premises, Security & Procurement (DPSP), NABARD,
4th Floor, B Block, Maurya Lok Complex, Dak Bunglow Road, Patna” on
working days between 10:00 to 17:00 hrs. Application form can also

4. General Instructions to Applicants
1. Empanelment will be valid up to 31 March 2020 subject to
annual review as per Bank’s Satisfaction. If the service provided
by the vendor is found to be unsatisfactory or if at any time it is
found that information provided for empanelment or for any
quotation is false, the Bank reserve the right to remove such
vendor from the empaneled list.
2. The vendor must have own adequate technical set up at Patna
so that the complaint/work may be attended to on time without
delay.
3. The vendor may submit performance certificate from
persons/entities/institutions for
whom they had done work.
4. The Bank reserves the right to inspect the services of the
vendor/contractor to verify the genuineness and to ensure the
conformity with the details given in the application.
5. Vendor/Supplier/Service Providers will be responsible to
ensure that the application
reaches the Bank on or before due date and in time. Application
received after due date and time or which are incomplete in any
respect are liable to be rejected.
6. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the
applications without assigning any
reason whatsoever thereof and will not entertain any
correspondence in the matter.
7. The empaneled vendor need to provide the articles/services as
per the terms and conditions of work orders issued separately for
each purchases/works from time to time.
8. The Bank will deduct TDS/Other taxes while settling the
bills.
9. The applicant should have an active email ID to receive any
communication and purchase
notice after empanelment. The notice for higher value
quotation/tender will also be uploaded on our website i.e.
www.nabard.org.
10. The bills will be settled preferably within 15 working days
if completed in all respect.

2. Other Office Equipment’s – Small Value items such as wall
clock, telephone instruments, cordless telephone, mobile phones,
EPBAX/PABX, Weighing Machines etc.
3. Sanitary Fittings – Sanitary fittings such as tiles, commode,
washbasin, taps and all other materials required for civil and
plumbing works etc.
4. Office & Household Furniture & Furnishing – Office
furniture such as chair, tables, workstations (modular type), sofa
sets, dining table & chair, cots, mattresses, pillow, curtains,
carpets, venetian blinds, mats, bed sheets, quilts, bed covers and
all other furniture/furnishing costing up to ₹ 50.00 lakh.
5. Supply of Nameplates, Flex Banner, LED signage and all other
electronic/electric Signboards- LED signboards, acrylic signboard,
Brass/Steel Name Plates, Stickers and all other forms of Sign
Boards.
6. Printing – All Printing related works.
7. Stationery – All stationery goods and articles for use in
office.
8. Household Goods & Cleaning Materials – All household
goods for general use in VOF, VEF and cleaning materials as well as
cleaning materials for use in Office & Guest House.
9. Computers & Peripherals – Desktop Computers, Scanners,
Printers (All Types), All in One Computers, Multi-Functional
Devices (MFDs), Computer Consumables and all other types of
computer hardware/software.

4. General Instructions to Applicants
1. Empanelment will be valid up to 31 March 2020 subject to
annual review as per Bank’s Satisfaction. If the service provided
by the vendor is found to be unsatisfactory or if at any time it is
found that information provided for empanelment or for any
quotation is false, the Bank reserve the right to remove such
vendor from the empaneled list.
2. The vendor must have own adequate technical set up at Patna
so that the complaint/work may be attended to on time without
delay.
3. The vendor may submit performance certificate from
persons/entities/institutions for
whom they had done work.
4. The Bank reserves the right to inspect the services of the
vendor/contractor to verify the genuineness and to ensure the
conformity with the details given in the application.
5. Vendor/Supplier/Service Providers will be responsible to
ensure that the application
reaches the Bank on or before due date and in time. Application
received after due date and time or which are incomplete in any
respect are liable to be rejected.
6. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the
applications without assigning any
reason whatsoever thereof and will not entertain any
correspondence in the matter.
7. The empaneled vendor need to provide the articles/services as
per the terms and conditions of work orders issued separately for
each purchases/works from time to time.
8. The Bank will deduct TDS/Other taxes while settling the
bills.
9. The applicant should have an active email ID to receive any
communication and purchase
notice after empanelment. The notice for higher value
quotation/tender will also be uploaded on our website i.e.
www.nabard.org.
10. The bills will be settled preferably within 15 working days
if completed in all respect.
11. Disputes if any, will be subject to jurisdiction at Patna
Only.
